Da ich im BJJ nur Blaugurt bin, nahm ich die Gelegenheit war, den anderen ein wenig Judo nahe zu bringen.<\/p>\n<p>Der O-Soto-Otoshi bot sich da besonders an, da dieser &#8222;gut zu fallen&#8220; ist.<br \/>\nIm BJJ wird, aus nachvollziehbaren Gr\u00fcnden, erheblich weniger Wert auf eine gute Fallschule gelegt. Mit einem &#8222;gro\u00dfen Wurf&#8220; zu beginnen w\u00e4re daher keine gute Idee gewesen.
