Dan Judo und BJJ Blackbelt von &#8222;Caique JiuJitsu&#8220;. Aus unserm Verein waren unser Trainer Nils, 5. Thomas war die Freude dar\u00fcber durchaus anzusehen. Es h\u00e4tten nat\u00fcrlich noch mehr sein k\u00f6nnen. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Das Thema war diesmal De-Ashi-Barai, Okuri-Ashi-Barai, Sasae-Tsuri-Komi-Ashi und eine Eindrehvariante f\u00fcr O-Goshi, die auch f\u00fcr weitere W\u00fcrfe verwendet werden kann, wie zum Beispiel Harai-Goshi und Tai-Otoschi.
